Individual Coaching:
Individual coaching is one-on-one where the coach partners with the client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize their personal and professional potential. Coach honors the client as the expert in his or her life and work and believes every client is creative, resourceful and whole.
The price of individual coaching depends on what you want. A single coaching call is between $150-200. My coaching containers for 1:1 coaching range from $600 to $2,400 with a discounted rate for each container if you pay the full amount in advance. But don’t let the cost be a deterrent; let’s talk about what a customized container might look like for you.
Group/Team Coaching:
Group coaching is a facilitative process that leverages the experience and/or knowledge of a group of individuals who may or may not work together but who are working on a common theme but having different individual performance goals.
The price of group or team coaching depends on the group size and length of engagement.
Workshops/Training:
My workshops and trainings are interactive, with visualizations and exercises, tailored to your interests.
Sessions
The price of workshops or trainings depends on the length of the presentation. I can customize a presentation for you for 45 minutes, 90 minutes, 3 hours (morning or afternoon) or a full-day (6 hours).
